 Seth Wehr serves as Surface Operations Manager of Valedor Energy. He brings extensive experience across horizontal pad site development, pipeline and water infrastructure projects, and coordination with landowners, regulatory agencies, and operations teams. Prior to joining Valedor, Seth held various roles at Encino Energy and Chesapeake Energy, where he supported the development of oil and gas assets in Ohio’s Utica Shale. An 82nd Airborne Infantry veteran, Seth's career is defined by leadership, discipline, and strong problem-solving experience. Raised on a family farm in eastern Ohio, he developed a deep appreciation for land stewardship and rural communities that continues to shape his approach to energy development. Seth earned a bachelor's degree from Kent State University.
