 Sam Crowley serves as Senior Accountant of Valedor Energy. He brings more than nine years of experience in the energy industry across audit and assurance, financial reporting, operational accounting, and internal controls. Prior to joining Valedor, Sam served as Senior Accountant at Encino Energy, where he led budget-to-actual analyses, assisted with monthly close activities, prepared financial statements, implemented key internal controls, and drafted accounting memoranda. Before joining Encino, Sam worked at Whitley Penn, where he provided audit and assurance services to private equity-backed upstream oil and gas companies. Sam earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
