 Phillip Thane serves as the Facilities & Midstream Manager of Valedor Energy. He has over a decade of experience in operations and engineering, specializing in facilities, completions, and production. Previously, Phillip served as Manager of Facilities Engineering and Construction at Encino Energy, where he led a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design and buildout of production infrastructure while driving improvements in capital efficiency, safety, and carbon intensity. He has also held engineering roles at Range Resources and Coterra Energy, supporting large-scale development programs and sustainability initiatives. Phillip holds a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
