Nabiel Eldam
Director of Geoscience and Exploration
Nabiel Eldam serves as Director of Geoscience and Exploration of Valedor Energy. He brings extensive experience across multidisciplinary subsurface integration, reservoir characterization, and strategic technical direction. Prior to joining Valedor, Nabiel served as Manager of Geoscience at Encino Energy, where he led the strategic technical direction for the Utica and Point Pleasant asset, aligning the geoscience function across land, geology, engineering, and operations. Previously, he served as a Reservoir Modeler at Encino, designing and executing reservoir characterization, asset-wide completion optimization, and surveillance programs. Before joining Encino, Nabiel gained valuable experience at Marathon Oil and Sanchez, where he led multidisciplinary subsurface projects across U.S. shale and international assets, integrating geology, geophysics, and reservoir engineering to optimize field development, identify new plays, and enhance well performance. Nabiel earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
