Maria Volodina
Director of Data and GIS
Maria Volodina serves as Director of Data and GIS of Valedor Energy. She brings over 15 years of experience across enterprise data, geographic information systems (GIS), data governance, and analytics supporting upstream and midstream operations. Prior to joining Valedor, Maria served as Director of GIS and Corporate Data at Encino Energy, where she led data strategy, platform modernization, and enterprise GIS initiatives. Previously, she held various leadership roles at Encino and EOG Resources, driving geospatial and data solutions across engineering, land, and operational teams. Maria earned a Master’s degree in Geography and Cartography from Moscow State University and is ESRI certified.
