 Joshua de Aragao serves as Development and Finance Advisor of Valedor Energy. He brings extensive experience across corporate strategy, asset development, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture investments. Prior to joining Valedor, Joshua served as an Associate of Development and Strategy at Encino Energy, where he supported the Development and Planning, New Ventures, and Midstream divisions. Previously at Encino, he held roles in Development and Planning, supporting the company’s three-to-four rig drilling program, and in Business Development, pursuing M&A opportunities in the Ohio Utica. Before joining Encino, Joshua gained valuable experience at an energy-focused investment firm, working with joint ventures across the Appalachian, Permian, Anadarko, and Eagle Ford Basins, as well as the Gulf Coast. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mount St. Mary’s University.
