Cullen Amend
Chief Commercial Officer
Cullen Amend serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Valedor Energy. A Certified Professional Landman with 19 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise across land operations, asset acquisitions, regulatory affairs, and commercial development. Prior to joining Valedor, Cullen served as Senior Vice President of Land Operations at Encino Energy, where he oversaw land and asset acquisitions, land operations, land administration, regulatory, and construction. Previously, he held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure at Encino. Before joining Encino, Cullen gained extensive experience at EP Energy, where he focused on developing assets throughout the Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, and Anadarko Basin. Cullen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
