Brian Raber
Midstream Advisor
Brian Raber serves as Midstream Consultant at Valedor Energy. He brings extensive experience across midstream engineering, operations, project management, commercial coordination, and infrastructure development. Prior to joining Valedor, Brian served as Midstream Advisor at Encino Energy, where he managed midstream partner relationships, commercial agreements, infrastructure buildout, operational reliability, and flow assurance for oil, gas, and condensate transportation and processing. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Lucid Energy Group, Summit Midstream, Century Midstream, NiSource Midstream Services, and Enterprise Products Partners, with responsibility for large-scale gas gathering, compression, processing, treating, and capital project execution across major U.S. basins. Earlier in his career, Brian held engineering and project management roles in process controls and energy infrastructure. Brian earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Oral Roberts University.
