Brad Wernicki
Vice President of Operations
Brad Wernicki serves as Vice President of Operations of Valedor Energy. He brings extensive experience across midstream infrastructure, production optimization, facility engineering, and well completions. Prior to joining Valedor, Brad served as Director of Midstream, managing commercial contracts and infrastructure build-outs. Previously, he served as Senior Manager of Production and Midstream Engineering, guiding a team of engineers that reduced well costs while optimizing production performance. Earlier in his tenure, he served as Manager of Production and Facility Engineering, leading teams responsible for wellsite equipment design and performance, and as a Senior Completions Engineer responsible for the technical execution of well completion activities. Before these roles, Brad held a variety of engineering and operational roles at Range Resources. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
