Anna Biblowitz
Senior Landman
Anna Biblowitz serves as Senior Landman at Valedor Energy with a decade of experience in oil and gas land management across multiple basins. A licensed attorney and Certified Professional Landman, she brings a legal and professional foundation to every aspect of her land practice. Prior to joining Valedor, Anna served as Senior Landman at Encino Energy, where she negotiated a broad range of land agreements, testified in state regulatory hearings, and assisted in the land planning for a three to four-rig drill program. Before joining Encino, Anna worked for various oil and gas operators gaining experience in the Marcellus, Bakken, Permian, and Utica basins. Anna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston School of Law.
